Refund policy

At Divira, we carefully check every piece before dispatch to ensure you receive your jewellery in perfect condition.

1. Return & Exchange Window

We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery in the following cases: 

The product received is damaged or defective.

You received the wrong product.

Any item is missing from your order.

For change-of-mind purchases, we may offer an exchange or store credit, subject to availability and the conditions below.

2. Conditions for Return/Exchange

To be eligible:

The jewellery must be unused and unworn.

The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Tags, boxes, pouches and other accessories included with the order must be retained.

The product must not have scratches, stains, damage or signs of use.

Products exposed to water, perfume, cosmetics or chemicals are not eligible for return/exchange.

3. Unboxing Video

For damaged, defective, wrong or missing items, customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the time the package is opened and share it with us within 48 hours of delivery.

This helps us verify and process your claim quickly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for:

Jewellery that has been worn or used.

Products damaged due to improper handling or storage.

Products exposed to water, perfume, sweat, cosmetics or chemicals.

Products returned without original packaging.

Products returned after the 7-day return/exchange period.

Claims submitted without a box opening video within 48 hours of delivery, where applicable.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method or provided as store credit, as applicable.

Shipping charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable.

6. How to Request a Return/Exchange

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number

Reason for return/exchange

Clear photographs of the product

Box opening video recorded and shared within 48 hours of delivery, in case of damage, wrong or missing item

Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.

7. Important Note

Imitation and anti-tarnish jewellery requires proper care. Please keep jewellery away from water, perfume, lotions, sweat and chemicals to maintain its appearance and finish.

Divira reserves the right to approve or reject a return/exchange request after inspection of the product.
